Happy Wedding Anniversary to my beloved parents! We have spent the best night today with our favourite cuisine – seafood, especially CRAB! I have been longing to try Hee Kee Crab signature dishes.
The crab claw in truffle spinach broth is aromatic, chunky and perfect without troubling with a touch of crab shell, while the deep fried version is meaty and absolutely fulfilling. The baked crab shell is stuffed with crab meat, onions and is driven away with the intense curry flavor. The mottled spinefoot congee accompanied greatly with the stir fried noodle, which lighten up the crab oil. And finally, it comes to their signature dim sum – steamed custard lava bun. The magnificent moment when the lava just oozed out from the light, fluffy and slightly sweetened bun, it is to die for!
At the end of the meal, we are also treated well with 3 complimentary sweet potato sweet soups. The gingery based sweet soup is undeniably the best ending of our crab dinner.
