Hugo’s 希戈餐廳 – Birthday Lunch

Hugo’s is a fine dining French restaurant, allocated in Hyatt Regency Hotel. They offer classic European cuisines cooked by top Chefs. Their signatures include the caesar salad, lobster bisque and roasted US rib of beef, which is served from the Silver Carving Wagon by the Chef. For lunch, we have a 3-course meal with appetizers and desserts selection from the trolleys. The trolley is so oddie, classy but historical. I really enjoyed the fatty smoked salmon and crab meat & fennel salad. Fish of the Day is pan fried ocean trout and the steamed sea bass has been plated like an art piece. The most enjoyable part is definitely the dessert trolleys with array of pastries, cakes and even cheeses. My top favourites are the opera cake and mille feuille. Service are very impressive and warming too.
