This hidden gem in Kowloon city is probably one of the best Japanese restaurants I have ever visited. Every time when I visit them, the waitress will introduce the seasonal sashimi of the day.
Tonight, there is this generously thick-cut yellow tail sashimi. It is super fresh, succulent and somehow might not be able to imagine. The tamagoyaki is a bit disappointing in term of appearance but still presents a sweet point.
The salmon head is also grilled to perfection with great amount of omega fat. Interestingly, the baked cod fish with mango and mayonnaise is such a creative dish. It would be perfect to serve with a bowl of Japanese cooked rice.
The jumbo shrimp is another star of the night. Can you tell how big it is? It is so amazingly sweet and juicy, plus the head is being deep fried to crisp and crunch.
