This is an old Chiu Chow restaurant with long history since my most latest visit is in 10 years ago. The service is expected and acceptably straight forward, fast but unfriendly.
Goose meat and wings are submerged for long in their superb house made soy sauce, with a bed of tofu soaking it up underneath. We have the pig tripes pepper soup which could be more spicier. The steamed fish served cold with salty soy bean dip is so simple yet full of omega oil.
The typical oyster omelette is well excelled with crispy edges and fatty baby oysters. Best serve with a dash of black pepper and fish sauce.
