Their name says everything. Patisseries made with passion. The signature Mont Blanc is made with a generous swirl of chestnut puree, hiding within is a layer of light cream and egg white meringue on top of a simple not-so-buttery crust that is filled with milk chocolate ganache and passion fruit curd. The noticeable sweetness is indeed well balanced by the citrus passion fruit.
Although the mille feuille is made with very crispy and caramelized puff pastries, the caramel pastry cream is too sweet to my liking whereas the vanilla layer is not creamy at all. To add on, the cafe also serves salad, sandwiches and amazing French Baguettes!
