Inspired by the Mott Street all the way from New York to Hong Kong, Mott 32 is situated at the basement of Standard Chartered Bank Building. With a concept of collaborating Cantonese cuisine with signature Sichuan and Pekinese dishes, a full list of fusion cocktails, sake, wine selection, it provides an exclusive, divey and artsy ambience to enjoy their homey dim sum.
The signature sugar coated bun stuffed with Spanish Teruel barbecue pork has nothing to complain about except for its room serving temperature. Other favourites are the Kurobuta pork siu mai topped elegantly with black truffles and a surprising runny quail egg yolk; utterly crispy spring rolls with flaky black cod.
And to finish, we had the crispy egg flour with citrus honey and the utmost soy sauce ice cream.
