Whether you’re sitting at the bright al fresco downstair or the firm spaced upper floor, with views across the airy terraces and straight into the busy open kitchen, Aberdeen Street Social is where offers modern British cuisine brought to you by Michelin-Star Chef Jason Atherton. At the weekend, the social house is known to serve quality British classics of eggs Benedict, bread and toast, flatbreads and bakeries.
The peking duck salad comprised of organic arugula, coriander and tender roasted duck meat, are all dressed together wonderfully with their homemade hoisin sauce that is served separately in a glass jar. I especially love the lotus root chips which have added some crunch to it.
Favorite among all brunch dishes is definitely the picture perfect lobster Benedict. The lobster meat is indeed a generous serving, not rubbery whilst juicy and tender, with two perfect poached eggs drenched in the creamy, tangy Hollandaise sauce. What also worth a note is the crab meat mayo on toast. This is a spot on!
