The only best galatte I have ever had is at Paris, which I can hardly find any better in Hong Kong. Nonetheless, Le Creperie is still an upstair cafe around to enjoy something similar, with authentic galettes and sweet crepes. The restaurant is full of nautical decor, and with a symbol of a lighthouse that represents silence and peace, the setting is in fact cramped and noisy. Back to the food, both the crepes are made with wheat flour, thin, golden edges, soft and toasty. The caramel ice cream has been too sweet and slightly let down the overall temperature. Caramelized banana is pretty decent and nutty sweet. A preferable option is a more simple combination of just butter, sugar and a little lemon juice. It is so refreshing and gives a slight tanginess to the sweet butter. Truly decent.
