Restoran Wong Ah Wah 黃亞華小食店 – Night Market Feast

During late time in Kuala Lumpur, there is nothing better than to spend a night at this touristy spot, Jalan Alor. It is a street food market mobbed with food carts and local restaurants. While people and tourists are having their meals along the outer area of the street, vehicles are in fact running across with great attention that adds a little sensation to this busy market.

At the end of Jalan Alor, an oldie restaurant is found named Wong Ah Wah. This is a very popular restaurant with long history and signatures with barbecue and grills.

The long waited roasted chicken wings charcoal grilled to perfection in a shiny honey glaze, deliciously juicy and succulent.

The medium sized prawns are stir fried in an excellent buttery sauce, which is surely a must have.

Fried lala is also made with a flavorful chili soya sauce yet is a bit chewy in texture.

While both the kampong fish and kai lan are the least impressive dish of the meal, the fried noodle appears surprisingly al dente with chopped squid, pork and bean sprouts.

This place is definitely a good to go and make sure you learn the rule of service here!
