CREAM, was first opened at Berkeley California where famous for their one-of-a-kind cookie ice cream sandwiches. While offering endless variety of freshly baked cookies and incredible ice cream flavors, there are also options of gluten free and vegan for those with special dietary needs.
For a gluten free and lactose free combination, here comes an order of snickerdoodle with soy vanilla ice cream. The hearty serving is delightfully prepared fresh with cookies that are surprisingly made warm to touch. They are buttery, made soft and chewy, and I loved the significant cinnamon sugar scent. In between is a heaping scoop of soy vanilla, which is also wonderfully creamy and marked distinctly by its own soy milk base. Surely CREAM is the way to go for some homey mother-made ice cream sandwiches and for a final note, their sandwiches are supposed to be served in paper bags.
