Bi-Rite Creamery – Huge Soft Serve in SF

The most instagrammed ice cream in San Francisco is here! Ta da! The Bi-Rite Creamery Ice Cream. At 18th street in the Mission, this never ending line will start queueing at 3pm, but it is certainly not regretful for the wait. The iconic Bi-Rite offers baked goods such as cookies, cupcakes, handcrafted ice creams and my favourite soft serve.

Given their scooped ice creams are all made with organic milk, cream and eggs, their soft serves are especially made with buffalo milk which gives an exclusive creaminess and softness.

During the afternoon, the ever-changing soft serve flavor will be served at their Soft Serve window on 18th Street, options come in small or regular size.

For this Saturday flavor, it is Strawberry & Creme Fraiche.

Its consistency is exceptionally creamy and soft, and the flavor is completely unbeatable. Do not mistaken the strawberry to the creme fraiche, they both contributed equally in flavor except I didn’t enjoy the sugar cone much. Nonetheless, Bi-Rite soft serve is simply inevitable and incredible! It’s not to be missed!
