Opened by a celebrity Chef Hubert Keller, Burger Bar is now located at Macy’s Union Square, Las Vegas and Beijing. This burger spot is mostly raved as top in San Francisco, where you can either build your own burger from their wide variety of toppings, beef or non beef, or order some highly recommended milkshakes.
Situated at the Macy’s, it gives a cool ambience together with a phenomenal view of the Union Square at the window seats.
Instead of building my own burger, I decided to try their combo that has both beef and seafood.
The surf and turf has a medium rare cooked Angus beef patty, three plumpy grilled shrimps and some seasoned mayonnaise with crunchy green asparagus. The plain bun is also butter toasted whereas the generously pre-portioned skinny fries are just an average side dish.
Despite its slightly high price tag, the bar indeed serves amazing burgers that do worth the dollars.
