Thanks for the lovely sunny weather! We have had a wonderful time spending at the one-of-a-kind street food market in Hong Kong today, Tong Chong Street Market.
The Sunday market is co-founded with Swire Properties, where putting together all these fabulous local producers who sell organic and sustainable products such as artisanal bread, fresh fruits, vegetables, homegrown roselle buds and much more!
The other half of the market is curated by selection of food entrepreneurs, all of which are playing a gastronomic scene in this dynamic food culture. Popit with their renowned lobster roll, Teakha with their homemade scones and head-steeped tea drinks, Noodle and Dog with the full range of hotdog varieties and jRink for the lovely tea mocktails!
The Poseidon is exclusive to #tcsmarket, a shrimp cake sandwiched in buttery brioche bun and topped with luscious crabmeat sauce and fresh sea urchin. Delicious!
The edible dirty shot is a special offer from jRink, a chocolate cookie cup with refillable matcha milk on the side; the thai tea soda served in a whole pineapple sured to bring the best refreshment too.
We also complete with a healthy acai bowl, a blended smoothie base with an ice cream consistency, topped with homemade granola, fresh berries and banana slices.
