Ufufu Cafe – King of Parfaits

From Kyushu to Macau, UFUFU is now landing in Hong Kong with its first flagship at Tsim Sha Tsui. It offers a massive range of over 115 different parfaits in mind-blowing flavors, made with seasonal fruits, homemade ice cream, soft serve, and features 4 unique Hong Kong editions which are only limited to 20 servings per day.

First comes the premium edition mango pomelo parfait. It consists of a layer of coconut milk sago, mango pieces, a scoop of mango sorbet and a generous swirl of whipped cream.

Another popular special would be chocolate fondant parfait, made with a strawberry ice cream base, topped with thick layer of cream, a dusting of cocoa powder and a chocolate molten cake (though is slightly over-baked but they promise to improve it).

The Japanese white peach parfait is a better one because of the juicy and sweet peaches, and also the milky soft serve and crunchy rice krispy bottom.

Last but not the least, the souffle pancake with matcha ice cream has over 3 centimeter thickness, which is a cake-like texture.

Other than the countless Japanese desserts, there are also a selection of savouries such as burger steak, omurice, tomato spaghetti and signature coffee that promise to meet everyone’s favor.
