After the introduction of their decaffeinated series, Nespresso is now launching another latest Envivo Lungo Grand Cru, which has the greatest intensity of 9 on the Nespresso Lungo range. Instead of simply having a cup of coffee in the early morning, we are delighted to enjoy an exclusive coffee-infused brunch menu prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Elzer from Seasons by Olivier Elzer.
The menu begins with a basket of bakeries, where I love the coffee scones the most! Moist, crumbly and has a crunchy crust.
What followed are savories, including a ping-pong sized deep-fried prawn toast, foie gras duck egg, chicken cube with caesar dressing, a mini croque monsieur and a delectable lobster jelly with mashed avocado and lobster meats.
There are pastries made with the new coffee flavour such as French macarons and mini puffs filled with coffee cream.
And of course, it ends with a cup of the new Envivo Lungo Grand Cru coffee, a long cup that has generous notes of dark roasted, rich scents and aromatic gingerbread character. Perfect to enliven our morning!
