BOND Restaurant & Bar – A New Laid-back at Little Tai Hang

Hidden at the second floor of Little Tai Hang, the new hotel and serviced apartment, BOND is a handy dining destination where aims to bond the community through an unpretentious and soul-free vibe offering a range of affordable European, French and signature American inspired dishes. It has a captivating terrace, industrial-meet-luxury settings and down-to-earth musics, to create a new laid-back at the Tai Hang neighborhood.

This restaurant debuts a new portfolio by Young Hong Kong restaurateur John Liang, who is known for Three Monkeys, Japanese-style Gyotaku, Shimo,  Momotaro, Sushi Gin, and more Korean brand Chibee Chicken and Beer. With the help of Chef Hugo Cheung with 20 years experience at Gaia Group and being the executive sous chef at Kee Club, they serve a list of signature food such as classic French onion soup with a delicious slice of thick toast, caramelized onion and gooey melted Gruyere cheese. It is surely one of the best in town!

Some favourite Italian specialties are fresh seafood pasta made with their house-made and excellently al dente 00 flour strozzapreti pasta, table-side spaghetti cooked and spin in the enormous block of parmesan cheese, it is lusciously strong, creamy and aromatic with a dab of black truffle.

The sea bass is well-executed with a crispy skin, moist and flaky with a buttery texture, not to mention the subtly sweet saffron stew with clam, potato and broccoli.

The fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs is also a must-try because it is slow-cooked to perfection and baked with the homemade and slightly chili barbecue sauce.

Thankfully, we finish with an impressive piece of seven layers chocolate cake and a very worth-mentioning Thai milk tea creme brulee. Stay tuned for more drink and wine options!
