Our one-day trip ends at Kafka, the most renowned dessert places in Macau. Their homemade French pastries are always amazing and beyond perfection in terms of the taste, the restaurant is comfortable but packed.
Doll, one of the signature cakes, is assembled as a mini croquembouche, with four choux puff on the top and one disc-shaped puff at the bottom. Filled with the praline cream and that light but heavily whipped cream, this is impeccable!
The earl grey milk tea is also another favorite, serve atop warm milk foam, more honey and a pinch of lime zest.
This little gem is highly recommended and I will never get tired of coming back to try more!
