Lily & Bloom – A Lunch Market Feast!

Having received an award of the best lobster mac & cheese in Hong Kong, Lily & Bloom is presenting a luxurious lunch market feast featuring responsibly-sourced and market-fresh solutions to healthy eating for this summer.

The menu dedicates to a selection of seafood that are hand-picked daily, a hearty meat station with organic meats and pork rillette, healthy gluten-free grain salads, and a made-to-order Mac n’ Cheese Station.

The signature southern fried chicken is perfectly crispy, served with sweet chili sauce; more to come are slow-cooked pulled pork slider with coleslaw, Italian meatballs in rich tomato sauce.

We love the fresh oysters served in the old-fashioned way, with cocktail sauce, mignonette sauce and lemon wedges; as much as the old fashioned mac n’ cheese but not the sloppy joe because it is too salty for my liking.

The special 3-course lunch also includes a choice of main, such as a white sauce spaghetti with seasonal veggies; the tender and juicy medium-rare ribeye, rich and full-flavored burger, both with a generous serving of skinny fries. The pan-seared salmon has a crispy skin but slightly over-seasoned.

For that little extra indulgence, we have a warm cookie skillet with a scoop of lavish vanilla ice cream on top of the complementary chocolate fudge brownie, soft and chewy peanut butter cookie and thin crepes filled with creamy mascarpone and fresh peaches.
