Don Quijote is one of the very few Spanish restaurants in Macau. It has the same name to the most influential Spanish literature, where serves authentic Spanish food such as Spanish tapas, cabbage rolls, tortilla española and seafood paella.
The roasted suckling pig is per person serving so each of us get to have one generous slice. It is crispy on the skin and tender on the meat, which comes with a handful of potato fries.
Often told that squid ink-infused dish is much more than a pretty edible. Our squid ink pasta is indeed flavorful, made with mild tasting but little salty squid ink sauce, assorted seafood including prawns and cuttlefish, however the pasta is slightly overcooked.
Lastly, we end with a piece of coffee-flavored tiramisu cake, not really done in the traditional way.
Consider Spanish cuisine in Macau, I will still recommend Casa de Tapas nearby.
