NeNe Chicken – 劉在錫的炸雞

今晚同咗一個朋友傾計,佢啓發咗我一樣嘢,就係要用最真實嘅自己同大家分享。所以,我決定今個post打中文。

有好一陣子都冇食炸雞啦!
講真,我去咗咁多次韓國,大概係多過13次啦,係個邊食炸雞嘅次數,應該一隻手指數得哂。唔知係我冇刻意去搵,定係嗰邊真係淨係興外賣式好似pizza hut咁order返屋企食,我係街就真係好少見。

今晚約咗嗰中學時期同我一齊奮鬥嘅中同 (J小姐) 去食NeNe Chicken。一來佢好中意韓星,二來我應承過同佢去試一間新嘅炸雞店但冇對現到,所以今日就當補償番啦!

上到11樓,出lift一轉右就見到一個黄甘甘好細嘅門口。心諗,咁少人嘅?坐圓枱ok嗎?好呀! 睇睇餐牌,一心都已經諗住會叫炸雞同蛋卷,好彩J小姐都知我心,好快就決定叫個雙重口味加個新出嘅迷你蛋卷。我知,超長個個先係signature嘛⋯⋯但咁鬼大份你話兩個人狼吞都食唔哂啦。

食物未到嘅時候,J小姐應該係好肚餓,係咁食枱上面個碟”yip”蘿蔔。
首先係兩個燈泡梳打,嗯,又幾好飲。之後份蛋卷黎啦!上面有啲魚子,中間係明太子,芝士,洋蔥,一食落去,唉,有午餐肉。

J小姐: 唔知佢地係咪用”Spam”呢?
我: 唔似港式豬仔午餐肉囉。

個蛋好有層次,味道就一般般啦,隔離碟茄汁就冇乜作為。
之後上炸雞,芝士拼甜辣,賣相一流。真係對J小姐唔住,因為佢想食original架。
芝士個邊放咗啲薯片,食落係自家炸,芝士粉甜甜地,有啲似Honey butter chips嘅味道。甜辣醬就太傑,不過兩款啲肉都帶骨,雞髀雞翼都好juicy。

J小姐: 你食邊舊呀?
我: 無所謂喎,你揀!
J小姐: 你食緊邊個?(芝士) 哦!咁我留個甜辣俾你啦!

咁就清哂。總括嚟講,我個人都係比較鍾意銅鑼灣個間多啲。

係朗豪坊行番落去地面,經過間抹茶雪糕cafe,其實都唔係第一次食。之前食過新味薰衣草,但就… 都係食個抹茶味啦。
