am.pm Hong Kong – 四款全新口味梳乎厘!!!

隔咗一排,終於有機會返返黎我好鍾意既一間梳乎厘班戟店 am.pm!今次揀咗中午黎,諗住會人少啲自然燈光又靚啲。點知原來已經好多人企哂係門口等班戟啦!等呀等…出面放咗一隻招財公仔係度,好得意!

Souffle Pancakes
日式梳乎厘鬆餅

今期出咗四款新味道,全部都係老闆嘔心瀝血嘅作品。除咗原味梳乎厘之外,有士多啤梨白朱古力、提拉米蘇抹茶,同焦糖燉蛋味。士多啤梨白朱古力嘅醬有明顯嘅士多啤梨味,食落似食緊士多啤梨百力滋嘅味道,帶微微酸,可見有少許果肉,但白朱古力味可以更明顯;而提拉米蘇嘅醬就用上忌廉芝士,咖啡粉,冇落酒做成。當然,兩者嘅班戟底同原味一樣,介乎鬆軟厚實之間,帶有好香嘅蛋香,似港式雞蛋仔嘅味道,亦都係我鍾意佢地嘅地方。

不過,我最鍾意同極力推介嘅就係呢個「炎燒布丁梳乎厘」啦!面頭鋪上砂糖,用火槍燒過,形成一層脆身嘅焦糖。配上自家制嘅吉士醬,無可否認我覺得真係非常好食!當然唔少得 3.7牛奶雪糕同我最愛嘅黑芝麻軟雪糕啦!
